As a patient I am beyond disappointed in the service that I received. Each session was PAINFUL and uncomfortable. Half of my visits were STALLED due to FAULTY EQUIPMENT not working. The technicians didn't even bother to suggest creams to ease the pain! After painful and uncomfortable sessions I have had ZERO RESULTS. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This location advertises "Virtually pain free" and "Most advanced equipment" yet it was the complete opposite. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Highly recommend Laser Derm Med Spa, employees are very welcoming. Facials are amazing and I love the way they inform you and give you advice on how to better your skin. I enjoy every visit, definitely relaxing and CLEAN spa!

Los servicios de Laser Derm son los mejores. El laser no es doloroso y Esme (la laser tech) es la mejor. Los faciales tampoco no son dolorosos son muy relajantes y ayudan bastante a limpiar la cara. Saimi, Marithere, Y Gaby son una personas maravillosas con su trabajo. Y los masajes son super, duper relajantes. El lugar siempre esta limpio, y las muchachas siempre las van a encontrar amables, respetables, y ayudantes. Sin estas muchachas este negocio se hiria pada abajo.
Excelente servicio! El laser me ha funcionado muy bien y el trato de todas las chavas siempre ha sido fenomenal. Lo recomiendo bastante!
Pesimo lugar, compre Groupon y me cancelaron mi cita y dijo Flor que era mi problema con Groupon, en vez de dar un buen servicio al cliente y tener una grata experiencia. Cero recomendable pésimo servicio de la manager que porque es “nueva” y la dueña Flor que gritaba al teléfono diciendo que era mi problema con Groupon. Me ofrecieron el servicio pero como un “favor” y me fui de ese lugar. Que falta de respeto al cliente en vez de dar soluciones y ofrecer buen servicio llaman y ofrecen puros problemas.
