I have been coming to this location since 1988 and I have never been disappointed. The dentist and staff are amazing!
The building where the office is located is moldy and dirty looking especially in the "garden area".The support beam to the office entrance has been damaged and needs to be fixed and painted. It gives a bad impression which is associated with the interior office.
It was such a pleasant experience, and novacain was not an issue.
Teeth cleaning
The office staff, Lynne and Brittney start and end my visit so pleasantly. Sylvia is a pleasure to half-chat with while she cleans my teeth. ;) Dr Ford is professional and nice, as always. I am very happy with this dental practice.
Staff is extremely friendly and make you comfortable and relaxed while in the chair. Would definitely recommend to anyone new or old to the area. They will make you feel like family.
I was a long-time patient of Dr. DeCarlo's and I hated to see him retire, but Dr. Ford has stepped in seamlessly, and I've found him to have the same calm and soothing chairside manner. The entire office staff rocks!!!
I've been going here for years and have always had a good experience.
