This car wash sucks. Used it for my company on Friday and for my personal car this morning and both times both cars was still dirty when done. I used the touchless for one and the cloth for the other and got the same results. I will never ever use this car wash again.
The soft cloth wash (a PDQ Tandem RiteTouch) usually does well. Some people mentioned not getting a hot wax at this location but I don't think the machine is set up to even offer it - the higher tiers get undercarriage cleaning, a wheel clean, color polish and surface protection. And yes, it does pre-soak. My only complaint is the soap doesn't seem to be the best and doesn't give great coverage, but it does the job. I really wish the vacuums accepted cards though!
Today the automatic wash damaged the rear wiper of my car
Prices went up significantly as a monthy subscriber. Definitely gets the job done for a speedy wash though
