Fabulous, affordable, and super professional. Additionally, the staff is extremely well trained, the equipment is the latest, and they attend to all concerns. Super kind people thAt are genuinely interested in your well being. I can’t wait to try the new B-12 shots! Move over menopause!
UPDATE: in response to my review--who said anything about San Antonio? Clearly nobody pays attention to anything around here. Beware! I purchased a Groupon at their last location off 1960 and 249 in the North Houston area and they closed without warning and I ended up having Groupon refund me. They don't show up for appointments on time, if they show up at all. They keep moving and that's a sign that they don't pay their bills.
I didn't find the authorization of this store on the official website of Thermage.com, so I asked the customer service, who asked me to send them a sample to them. I was so confused. I've been watching a lot of YouTubers saying that doing Thermage needs to find an authorized agency from their official website, so I asked simple question Why they are not on there? Instead of answering me, they bloked my text message and removed me from group chat. So What does that mean?
I am an aesthetician with more than 10 years experience. Researched multiple MedSPA before finding this clinic. Before I went there, I called the front desk and asked several questions on the machine/treatment etc. They were very nice and professional. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! Very low end place. I doubt they have licenses to do Thermage and control the picosure machine.
