Very disappointing experience. I was a returning client and had previously visited this clinic for HydraFacials, so I expected much better service. I booked an appointment with this clinic and even reconfirmed it the day before and in the morning again.When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told that I wasn’t booked and that the provider was with another client. I had such a good experience with Prabhjot today. She is so well spoken and comforting and so easy going. I will be back again next month! They are very knowledgeable in what they do and are different from other laser places I have been to in the past!!
