Dear Lascko Services, We recently have had some plumbing issues and under the family plan membership we have had some work completed. An expansion tank installed, a new hot water recirc pump, and several valves along with eventually a new hot water heater. While we have had issues with getting ahold of someone to call us back, return our messages, and get us scheduled, once your technicians have been on site, they have been fantastic. Excellent service! Devin showed up very quickly after our after hours request was placed. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He investigated the issue, discussed our options, and made the repair. Very happy with him and Lascko, we will continue to use them in the future.
