I love Laschis!! The first time I walked into the salon I was immediately impressed by the amount of class and uniqueness the salon exhibited. I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist and then taken right on time by my stylist. She introduced herself to me and then gave me a relaxing, invigorating shampoo. When I returned back to her chair I explained what I wanted, we discussed pros and cons of this cut and then proceeded. I have never been so happy!!!! I went to Laschi's last week with a picture of a new hair style. The salon was so beautiful and the staff so friendly. It was really busy but the front desk took the time to make me feel welcome. From the shampoo to the finish it was wonderful. The stylist took the time to listen to me and she did a great job!! I will tell all my friends to go to Laschi's!!!!
Great Experience i have been going to Laschis for about six months for haircuts and color. My hair is super frizzy so my hairdresser told me about the keratin straightener. I was really nervous but when i got it done she made me feel very comfortable and it came out amazing. my hair has never felt and looked so good. I would definately recommend this to anyone with frizzy hair. Thanks Laschis
Great Place to be I love Laschis. The staff are great and friendly & I love that they are always up to date with styles and they have fun nights in the spa for demos. My cut and highlights are always great! I been to almost everyone that works in the salon and spa and all are consistantly good, and treat me great.
Didnt follow directions well I have been to Laschis twice. The first time was for a haircut. I brought a friend with me and told the hairdresser that I wanted the exact same haircut. I was very clear about what I wanted. My hair looked absolutely nothing like what I had asked for. It was much shorter and all one length; pretty much opposite to what I asked for. one happy new customer Just had my first haircut and foils at Laschi's. Saw them listed online and decided to try them out. Best cut I've had in years! And I paid much less than the salon I was going to near work. My stylist was Melissa - she took time to talk to me about what I wanted and made some great suggestions that no one else ever thought to discuss with me. I will definitely be a repeat customer. client for years I have been a Laschis's client for years, and I must respond to the review that says bad customer service. I have nothing but respect for the manager and her desk staff, they have to deal with a lot. I have never known them to be inattentive to their clients needs, They drive them home if they need a ride, go out in the pouring rain to get their client the umbrella they left in the car.
