I’ve lived at Lascala since April of 2023! It was my first solo apartment without any roommates and I’ve loved it so far! The 1 bedroom layout is great square footage for the price point (hard to find for updated apartments too). The maintenance team is very responsive whenever I’ve put in a maintenance order as well! I renewed for another year last April and their rent increase was very reasonable as well :)
Very chill community and nice Platinum Leeds grade residential facility. Great location near Beaverton and Portland. Awesome food choices.
No onsite management, you rarely get a response about feedback or comments you have via email. Management is typically very rude and not helpful when they do respond. Although there’s a smoking ban, people routinely smoke directly outside of the front doors to the building. The elevator and hallways are constantly disgusting and are only cleaned every few weeks. The elevator breaks at least once a month.
Parking is difficult most of the time and packages are hard because the call box isn’t obvious to the delivery carriers so that’s annoying but overall I have not minded living here for the past several years, the apartments are nice inside and the property is pretty well maintained. The location is excellent and very walkable.
