I get that you aren't the Bucks, but no one employed here shows an ounce of urgency when prepping orders. The food and drinks are great, service is good, but so incredibly slooooow.

I want to like this place. I keep trying but they are SO slow. I just waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes. I just can't do that before work. Coffee is great, but not worth that wait.

We do our best to minimize the wait time. Unfortunately for us this morning an employee called in sick and we could not get a last minute replacement. We wish for a quick recovery of course. I do want to commend our staff for stepping up and working extra hard this morning as it was extremely busy. We have hired additional staff and they start training Monday. Hopefully your next experience will be better.
I loved this little shop at first. Service and quality continue to go downhill. Disappointed for the last time today.

So, this morning I stopped to get the blended chai latte with a shot of espresso. I was so sad when I finished it! It was AMAZING! best one I've ever had. The staff there is always so sweet! I actually stopped in and got a SECOND ONE on my lunch break! Just fabulous all around! Five stars and two thumbs up! I'd give them 10 if I had more thumbs!
Their lemon cranberry muffins are so good. Was blessed by a pay-it-forward in the drive thru this morning, thanks Lasater's!
Amazing service and great atmosphere! Coffee is delicious...loved 94 fm the fish playing! Always friendly staff...wish there was one on Lebanon as well!
