We're not even moved in yet and I can already tell this is going to be a nightmare. I can't get a hold of anyone. My fault for not doing more research on the property and pulling the trigger in a hurry but still. Totally unprofessional and I'm already not excited to moving in, especially after reading these reviews now.
I put in a maintenance request on July 12 or 13, 2025 concerning my dishwasher not working and entered urgent. I was contacted by a maintenance person asking for details which I gave. They asked for pictures, which I gave. They asked for the manufactures numbers which I gave. I asked for them to call at least 30 minutes before they arrival. The house is absolutelybeautiful, but I think is to much what they ask for, being in that area.
I have had nothing but issue after issue since moving in. From dealing with poisonous spiders (including black widows) from the day of move in. Which I was told was my responsibility. I have traps in my garage to track spider movement. I was told I have so many different species of spiders that it was absolutely ridiculous, as well as baby scorpions.
