Beyond a fan of this company. Scott (the owner) and his two sons came out on a Saturday to install an A/C unit because we were expecting temps in the mid 90’s for the long Memorial holiday weekend. They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, honest, and just downright the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. On top of that....FAIRLY PRICED. Hands down, this should be your ONLY call for heating and cooling needs! Customer for life.
Our furnace gas valve went out in the middle of a blizzard and LaSalle came through and did an excellent job. Max was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Prices were extremely fair as well. I would highly recommend LaSalle and will be calling them again for all my future needs.
My furnace stopped working sometime overnight on April 4th and LaSalle came out to my house right away in the morning when other companies wouldn’t or wouldn’t until late in the day. Max did a full diagnostic, double checked the cause and order the part quickly. I had heat by 11am. Max was professional and made sure everything was working before he left. Reliable and reasonably priced with quality work. We have had them work on a few things for us including repairing and replacing a/c in two separate homes. Local, family-owned business. Would recommend!
You can't go wrong by calling LaSalle Heating and AC!! As a business owner I was so impressed that Charlie was able to get over to the office and get our AC back up and running in a short time. Great service with a smile.
