My lease just got bought out on 12/19/25 by LaSala Real Estate, LLC. There was no communication from the company until January 1st, 2026. That communication was an email inviting me to activate an online portal on their website in order to pay them. I had no idea who this company was or if the email was legitimate because they had failed to introduce themselves to me beforehand. The previous owner of the property, HartZito Properties, LLC, had been very communicative via both text and email that the property had been sold. T... read more
