Only one restroom for each gender Had to call her to come to venue the day of event because they are never there...i needed the tv to pass slideshow and she told me i didnt tell her i was gonna use it...i think everything should be available when having a party....u have to leave spotless when finishing too....she always said she was returning the deposit but never did..i gave up calling ..she can keep it if she really needs it
As a event planner, I would never encourage my clients to rent their facility. The time your event starts within a 9 hr period is when clients gained access to the building. Ensure that everything you need is included in the contract. Recent, my client event started at 3pm and they were granted the key at 2:00pm only because an additional 100.00 for that hour was paid. Came here for a graduation party and the ac wasn't working. Not cool! I hope you gave them a discount for that. There's not much parking and they need more restrooms.
Horrible experience! Especially with the coordinator(Jetzy Bardales)She could careless about your event. She says one thing and does another. She chargers you for everything especially if you don’t take her decor package. She is rude and makes your feel completely stupid. She NEVER ANSWERS. I literally had to text her over and over and had no respond. I had to do my own calculations when it came to some taxes for the amount.
