Lots of loud music and parties that last all night long. Take a look at CrimeReports.com and you will see that the SJPD go here on a daily basis. They use section 8 housing grants, yet do not moniter the people using these apartments. No on site security. I've been told the City of Housing Deptpartment and HUD will be looking into the police reports/calls.
