Very nice management
I have lived at Las Ventanas for three years now and have always found the Community Manager AJ to be professional, courteous and supportive. He is an excellent communicator and responds to issues on a timely basis. Great place to live with many friendly residents, helpful maintenance staff and well-maintained grounds.
Las Ventanas was much better 7years ago had such Great community Manager an maintenance we’re super nice, recently I moved to these Apartments horrible experience of 12Months There was roaches in cabinets & the sinks laundry’s dryer does not work at all , worst thing you get one parking we had our cars towed a couple times take step out Your house fly’s all over One the Managers really rude doesn’t listen to no tenants typical house problem He’ll send maintenance guy out just to hand you a tool to work on the sink yourself i... read more
