The worst management I've ever seen! They never do anything. It's full of cockroaches and the pest control takes several days to come and do it... it's not worth the price they charge here! Save your money and your time!
*Black men be careful* I used to live in vegas towers back before it was sold to “The Rays” it was such a better complex back then. Everything was consistent from the office staff, to the maintenance staff to the security. As soon as “The Rays” purchased it everything went from a 10/10 to a 2/10. 3 stars… pros: location because it is close to work, good balcony views of the strip, good neighbors, good staff. Cons: pricey for an outdated unit, lack of security, could be kept cleaner. Security is my biggest concern: I’ve met countless people sneaking into the complex with no fob, following me in at times to try to get in. I have been a resident for almost 5 months now and Arturo has been helping me with all of my service request. He always makes sure he goes above and beyond with any concerns or assistance I need. My son dropped his phone down the trash shoot on accident and Arturo took time from his busy schedule to assist us. So I would like to show my appreciation and say Thank You.
7 months ago, I gave this place a 5 star. Oh how easily I was deceived. Don't let this place or the people that work here fool you. They don't care about anything but money. Within 7 months this place turned upside down. The security doesn't do anything but watch TV on their phones in the secruity office. People will plug the gates so they can open without fobs, literal bums just coming in the building shacking up in the TV room at night.
