Can’t even handle a phone call? Called numerous times for a quote never even made it to “how can I help you”, just a please hold and left on the phone for 20 minutes definitely lacking communication and customer service.
Wow Wow Wow!! I was literally in distress financially, and they blessed me extremely with a free tire patch I could not be more grateful for this place!! five stars all the way!! What a blessing this place is Javier and his team!
I have got to say the manager albert here handled a situation so good i wanted to leave a review. There was a lady that came in front of me and almost hit me with the door swinging it wide open. She went to the front desk where albert was sitting and demanded that she had a appointment at 9am and when he said the appointment wasnt in the system that they talk to a call center but give him 10 minutes and they will take it to the back to start the service. I purchased tires on their service contract with trying to get my tires rotated. It’s impossible. The lack of respect for their clients they don’t care if they’re open at nine like they say they’ll be there they give 0F when it comes to Customer Service! The manager there is rude and said so what if he wasn’t there at 9 AM I want to cancel my contract with them but now I’m stuck and they’ve already got my money. I need someone from corporate office to take a look at this place because it’s disgustingly lack of in many ways
