Today was my first visit with Madison. She was absolutely professional on every level, provided good education and insight into many of the pain issues I am dealing with, and while the massage and stretch definitely poked at some sensitive areas, her techniques met that sensitivity head on and helped to alleviate it. I'm sore. But, for once, not in pain. And if you know pain, you understand the difference. I felt heard and cared for and am looking forward to our next visit.

I've been searching for someone knowledgeable in fascial stretch therapy. Finally found her! Madison not only knows her dynamic stretches. She also does massage. Incorporating both techniques really helped after one visit. But 1 hour wasn't enough. I booked my 2nd visit in 2 weeks. My whole body was tight and in pain because I hate stretching. The first session focused on my hips which were super tight causing back pain. I feel a lot more relaxed after the first visit. Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend Madison. Professional, friendly, listens to what you want and really has made a big difference with my range of motion and tension tightness.
