I've been searching for someone knowledgeable in fascial stretch therapy. Finally found her! Madison not only knows her dynamic stretches. She also does massage. Incorporating both techniques really helped after one visit. But 1 hour wasn't enough. I booked my 2nd visit in 2 weeks. My whole body was tight and in pain because I hate stretching. The first session focused on my hips which were super tight causing back pain. I feel a lot more relaxed after the first visit. Highly recommended!!!
