The most unprofessional dermatology practice I've had the misfortune to endure. The PA (he's not an MD) has the bedside manner of a robot -- very rushed and didn't care to explain results surrounding a stressful procedure. The worst of it is that he told me he would prescribe some medication to take after my procedure and I was told by one of the staff that they would sent it to my pharmacy that day. I had an initial problem with my right forearm having an itchy patch after waking up in the middle of the night with the most horrible itching I've ever had in my life. I almost went to the hospital it was so bad. I was thankful when I phoned LVSCC that day that I was able to be seen right away and that they accepted my insurance. Upon my first visit, I saw the real doctor and I received some cream that helped. I thought I had found a good dermatologist. WRONG!
