I've been a loyal customer since Releaf first opened, accumulating multiple 100.00 coupons through their loyalty program. This past Saturday I attempted to use their "free delivery " with a 100.00 pretax cart minimum. My total amount came to 130.00 and I requested to use my 100.00 loyalty coupon. I ordered today for the 1st time. very easy ordering and even a call from the business to make sure everything was correct. delivery was supposed to be between 3 and 6 this evening. I tried to called, tried to message on Fb, I tried to use the robot help on their page. I put in an order yesterday at 3pm website said I’d receive it between 5-7pm it’s now noon the next day no one is answering phones and my order still hasn’t come. 0 stars worst experience I’ve ever had with dispensary. Talked to someone last night who was nothing but attitude and assured me my order from yesterday would be in morning deliveries still not here. I need my medicine and this is just absurd. Never ever buying from this shithole again!
