8/11 my first visit Good bud,but hidden $2.75 charge on top of that the manager told me it it's like a ATM but wouldn't cause my bank to charge me a fee which I was charged 2.50 for on top of their $2.75 she either is full of shi* or don't know sh*t then I call today some ho mediated what the manager told her to me saying"she says you need to call your bank it's not our issue" so a $32 8th cost $44.50 or 43.30 because the dude gave me $1.20 back I would spit on that bitc*!! Desert Snow was amazing, customer service was amazing, atmosphere was amazing - one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to between Colorado and Nevada! This place is a role model for what legalized cannabis should look like.

Terrible customer service before I even get inside. Some tough guy named Morris made it not even enjoyable on my first visit. Since when did dispensaries hire douche canoes to greet patients outside? Take your med card and $$ down the street. Morris, you failed at customer service!!!
