Unbelievable customer service. From the front desk to the back, everyone I met was so professional and kind.
Loved Dr. K. He was kind and allotted enough time to explain issues to me.
The office staff was incredibly Pleasant it made for the for the whole visit a very short they were quite efficient. And they had my results done by today so it was a one-day process and they didn't think that it would get done until next week. So I'm very pleased with their operation and I would highly recommend them

I had to have an MRI done today and the staff requested I lock my service dog their bath. I've had MRIs before and never being requested to do anything like that. I've never had people smile and be so rude.
I had a CT melogram there..from my spine thru my leg..almost paralyze, I have back damage from it now. I wasn't there for my back. It was for my neck disc..omg..I could not foeget the pain I went thru n still now. Permanente..I go dr visit, they say they can't do anything bout it. He poke me twice, because he couldn't get thru the first time.. i.have a black dot from the dye..I could not believe it, seeing myself peralyze onsite. So sad. The Dr who inject me have no explanation to this..omg..never again!!!
Friendly, professional and a nice clean place. They sent my X Rays to the wrong Dr. But said they would re send. I feel comfortable being there. Super nice Techs too.
Staff was very professional, but also very friendly and happy. They seemed to geniunely like each other and their jobs. To me, it made for a warm and comfortable waiting room without the usual "hush-hush" stressful type feelings. I had to wait for my ride to pick me up, and actually didn't mind staying there. Would recommend to anyone. They all are so knowledgeable, and that comes through also.
