Dr. Nguyen and his office are the most unprofessional and incompetent practice I've ever been to. The office manager Nicole screens phone calls, says the Dr. will call back, then both don't respond or follow-up. Not only would I avoid, I will be filing a complaint and making sure they don't continue to put other patients in jeopardy with their malpractice. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office. I encourage you to see their reviews on other sites. They are more concerned with purging negative reviews than improving quality of care or addressing patient concerns. The office manager is unprofessional. She becomes defensive if you take time to read documents or have questions before signing them. Instead of helping, she creates unnecessary conflict. Dr. Nguyen is by far the BEST psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very understanding, and shows great compassion. His staff is wonderful as well. I am blessed to have found him!!!

Don’t do it. I had a very frustrating experience with this office, both with the front desk and with Dr. Nguyen. The office manager was, at times, extremely rude over the phone.There were multiple scheduling errors, including one instance where she called me in a very abrasive tone insisting I was supposed to be in-office when my appointment was actually scheduled as telehealth.
