Dr. Nguyen is by far the BEST psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very understanding, and shows great compassion. His staff is wonderful as well. I am blessed to have found him!!!
Don’t do it. I had a very frustrating experience with this office, both with the front desk and with Dr. Nguyen. The office manager was, at times, extremely rude over the phone.There were multiple scheduling errors, including one instance where she called me in a very abrasive tone insisting I was supposed to be in-office when my appointment was actually scheduled as telehealth. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office. I encourage you to see their reviews on other sites. They seem more concerned with purging negative reviews than improving quality of care or addressing patient concerns. The office manager is unprofessional. She oddly becomes defensive or dismissive if you take time to read documents or have questions before signing them. Instead of helping, she often creates unnecessary stress and conflict.
