Had a great experience with them on working to get what I wanted and would fit the budget I had in mind when getting there. We figured we would take care of my windshield at a later date that way my budget would allow them to do my quarter windows and upgrade to a better film. Great customer service, communication and flexibility to make sure their customers get what they want. I will be back when I am ready to do my windshield. Just want to put a big "MAHALO" the entire team at Polar Tint.
I reached out from an instagram ad and had an appointment set to get a quote for my residential property. I also was going to get my car tinted. They pulled up to my place at the wrong time and day. I wasn’t home otherwise that would’ve been fine. They said they’d call me to get it figured out and never did. I reached out to them and they leave me on read. Don’t do service with these guys. I took a a day off to get this situated and I get stood up.
Just went back to Polar Tint after they did a terrific job with my first vehicle a year ago, and they did a fantastic job again. I have pretty simple requirements for 5 stars - they kept their promised appointment time, quoted an accurate duration for the job, and did terrific work. No dust particles caught under the tint. No issues whatsoever. Great work.
From the time we walked in till the time I picked my car up excellent service I would highly recommend if you are looking for tinting on your car or even at your home they do home and commercial businesses too very professional.
