The office and crew staff are awesome!
We have been a customer since 2019 and the service is always perfect. We are notified a week in advance, the day before and an hour prior to arriving. The technicians are always professional and thorough, from Tony to Gabriel and now Mike, they always go above and beyond. Absolutely great service and pet friendly treatment. Have never seen a scorpion or bug in 7+years.
Have had Las Vegas Pest Control for years and they have been great! Recently had a new bee and wasp problem. Rob came out and tackled the bee problem and then Tristan came out and took the time to locate the wasp problem. The nest was actually in a roof vent hole and not easily seen or accessible. Tristan came back out and sprayed in numerous vent holes and then sealed them. I really appreciate him taking the extra time in 105 heat to keep looking for the problem and then taking care of it!
The phone staff is always very helpful. And the technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Our current technician Russ is excellent!
