I've been going to this office since 2013 when I fractured three of my vertebrae in my back when I was 17 years old. I have seen Dr. Maduka and some of the physician assistants. I think the providers are pretty good at what they do, and by far I think Dr. Maduka is extremely professional, very thorough in his work, and a very trustworthy doctor. DIRTY! Filthy facility, floors. GROSS. Worst experience. Female doc spent 10 minutes with me. High pressure sales. Office booked appt without my consent. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If they can't keep the floor and base boards clean, what else is filthy? AND no family allowed in exam room?! What?

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. When making my appointment they neglected to ask what insurance I had, and after filling out all the paperwork is when I found out this place was out of network for my insurance. When I questioned them about this, they told me don't worry all that means is the insurance company will send you the check then you pay us. This is not true. Moving from SC to Las Vegas, I was in need of a new pain clinic to get the shots for my back. After first running into a really BAD place, I found LV Pain Institute. I got my shots on my first visit, was set up with physical therapy, and MRI and help from some very talented doctors. There is nothing I do not like about Las Vegas Pain Clinic. Very professionally run and they always call you back to see how you are doing. I would recommend this establishment to ANYONE!

This facility offers various avenues to treating my neck and back pain from a car accident. I have received noninvasive injections that have alleviated my pain and currently have physical therapy to help me restore function. I am very pleased with the results so far and urge anyone with pain to see them right away. The doctors are knowledgeable and staff are professional.

Las Vegas Pain Instiute is by far the best, when it comes to pain management. The staff are very friendly, the Dr.s are very thorough and if you need any procedures done, it could be done on site. So, you don't have travel to a different facility. My co-workers even made a comment to me saying, " for someone that has major back problem and pain, your walk around like there's nothing wrong with you." Very professional and very convenient.

Medical staff are very efficient. Physicians are professional and really care about treating my pain. Since my first visit to the office, I have had tremendous pain relief. I recommend anyone with pain to see LV pain institute.
