Here's a review based on your experience: --- I had a very disappointing experience with this motorcycle storage facility. The owner required a $128 "non-refundable" deposit via PayPal before even providing the address to the storage site. After I paid and sent the receipt, he claimed he never received the deposit. Over the phone, he insinuated that the issue was due to my lack of tech savvy and remarked that his usual clientele are affluent, which felt both dismissive and irrelevant. The owner Dr. Louck is a thief. I gave him two months rent and told him I may only use one. I gave him the extra to save him the "paperwork" thats required when the online app is used. I only used for the month. When I asked him for a refund for the second prepaid he refused stating "no refunds" He stole $130 from me. Stay away from this crook. Now he says I "snuck in and out." If you notice his ad says open 24 hours. He is not there 24 hrs. He provides a code for the keylock so you can come and go early and late in the day.... read more

Had my bike at Docs facility 1st time this winter, found him to be a very genuine good guy. He prefers text to email and being brief, worked fine for me. A couple times he was able to give me a ride, others I arranged on my own. He offers basic tools, I changed my oil there and he would even offer a cold drink from his fridge at no charge. Pricing is very fair and I'll be returning next fall.
