When this practice was The Parkey Group I had nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone from the front desk to the providers I saw were wonderful. Now that it has changed names it is so hard to get a hold of anybody. And the last straw was when I called to make my next appointment and they told me my provider had left the practice. After seeing her for 3 years no one thought it was important to let me know that. Thank goodness my primary care stepped in to prescribe my meds. Definitely do not recommend.
I have been receiving services since December 2024. I would come in crying for my appointments, of how bad my mental health was. Chelsie and Debbie gave me hope, and a year later here I am, smiling again. So happy they answered when I called. At my worst, they always greeted me with a smile, Danielle has exceptional customer service skills, I never felt judged for crying my crocodile tears. I will forever be thankful to you guys. Thank you for all you do for our community.
I’ve been receiving therapy here for the past year for medical and family trauma with these guys (formerly known as “The Parkey Group”), and I highly recommend it. It is the most consistent, useful talk therapy I’ve had. Always had a good experience with the Parkey Group. Rebecca is great. She helped me get through a lot of things and great therapist. Patience, listens and offers good advice. Changed my life for the better. Definitely recommend!
Perfect place to go if you want to be ignored and gaslighted. They will change things on you with no warning. Cancel appointments and overcharge.
