I have been receiving services since December 2024. I would come in crying for my appointments, of how bad my mental health was. Chelsie and Debbie gave me hope, and a year later here I am, smiling again. So happy they answered when I called. At my worst, they always greeted me with a smile, Danielle has exceptional customer service skills, I never felt judged for crying my crocodile tears. I will forever be thankful to you guys. Thank you for all you do for our community.
I’ve been receiving therapy here for the past year for medical and family trauma with these guys (formerly known as “The Parkey Group”), and I highly recommend it. It is the most consistent, useful talk therapy I’ve had. It’s the first time I’ve felt like counseling is actually progressive and collaborative instead of feeling scrambled, like I’m not sure how to get my footing or be heard by my therapist. Always had a good experience with the Parkey Group. Rebecca is great. She helped me get through a lot of things and great therapist. Patience, listens and offers good advice. Changed my life for the better. Definitely recommend!
Perfect place to go if you want to be ignored and gaslighted. They will change things on you with no warning. Cancel appointments and overcharge.
I never leave reviews for anything. Ever. Unless it’s really bad. Well…I had an appointment with this group, and I entered in the video conference and waited about 10-15 minutes. No one showed up and I had to go back to work. I later found out that I was charged $33 for attending that session in which the doctor did NOT attend. And then I was subsequently charged $50 for a “no show/cancellation fee” for that same session that I was in attendance for. In attendance as in SHOWING UP.
