This place is awful. I already had a pre-authorization for an infusion from UNLV and I was held up for two weeks trying to get scheduled because of their coordinator. She never would return phone calls despite telling me probably 10 times that she would call me back. She kept trying to say she was working with insurance, despite it already being authorized. I wouldn't recommend for long term therapy, they are frustrating and expect the patent to do all the leg work. No guarantees on treatment and the nurses are frazzled.
