This place has no sense of security. your vehicles will be broken into and property will be damaged. my friend almost got stabbed by a meth head he caught stealing out of people's cars! then this morning. he goes and find his window and mirror smashed out of his bmw!!!!! I do not recommend this place and I will never ever sign a lease here!!!!! $2100 a month just to have your vehicle damaged!?!?!?! step up your game like now!!!!

I enjoy the manager. She’s always so positive and has good solutions for my issues. Maintenance responds promptly usually. There have been a few mishaps with my keys. The mail has never been lost. The building has everything one would want and I often find myself not needing to leave on my days off. It’s super convenient.
We've lived here@LVGrand Apartments now since July,2014! The Best&Only LARGE Apartments Close to the Mid-Strip! We can be at the parking areas of most Hotels within 10-15minutes but the Las Vegas Greater Valley is only 50 miles from South to North & only 40 miles from East to West! So after living in SoCal most of my 70+years, there is No Comparison to the HUGE TRAFFIC JAMS we fought in the Los Angeles/Orange/San Bernardino & Riverside Counties+San Diego/Imperial Counties! Been here almost a year and absolutely love it! Management and staff are outstanding ! This building is full of friendly residents and has a fantastic location and amenities. Really wonderful place to call home.
So far this place looks amazing. Aleks was very helpful and friendly. I am moving in on the 1st.
