This place is awful. I googled Dry bar cosmopolitan and it took me to this site. I booked an appointment thinking it was Dry Bar. When I got the confirmation just minutes later I realized it was the wrong place. I went to cancel and it would not allow me to online. I called the only number for over an hour and sent text messages. When I finally heard from someone it was within the 4 hour cancellation window and they stated there would be a cancellation fee which was the cost of the entire appointment.
