I received multiple reminders for my appointment which was good until the day of my appointment I received a phone call at 6:45A.M to tell me that my appointment time was changed to a half hour earlier which I didn't want because I had previous engagements. They also denied my surgery the day of the procedure because they didn't accept my insurance at the last minute. Obviously it wasn't meant to be but an extreme waste of my time.
