Customer service was great during the quote process. They were very responsive. The quote was the only deterrent for me. Quotes were similar, however they charge for removal of old carpet. I was able to find a similar carpet with a different company and the carpet removal was included in the cost. Saved me about $400 dollars. Wanted to leave a positive review for the customer service they provided. Extremely professional and the carpet selection is fantastic.
We were looking for engineered wood or LVP flooring for our bedrooms and had shopped the big box stores, but didn't find the answers about the products or patterns to make a decision to purchase. A referral to Las Vegas Flooring got us in their Rancho store. We met Kathryn and after listening to the information she shared we started focusing on LVP.. They did a GREAT job on my floors!!! Casey came to my home measured everything. I chose my flooring. The problem I have is I was never told they would remove my toilet. Nor was I told they wouldn't put it back. Went upstairs with workers to see my floors for the first time and my toilet was in my bathtub. They told me they don't put the toilet back🤔🤨🤯
