awesome doctor, but the girls in front office are extremally rude and unprofessional.
Keeps sending me invoices for appointments that haven't taken place. Haven't been to this Doctor's office since May of 2022 and I have a new Primary care physician. Is this fraudulent? How many others are experiencing the same issues?
I am a physician in the community, and Dr. Owen is great.
Dr Owen has been my primary for three years or so, I see him monthly and he has been an excellent care provider. He listens, he asks questions, and he sincerely looks for the best way to help his patients. I feel for those who may have left a negative review, but based on my experiences, their situations are likely outliers and hopefully won't paint too bad of a picture. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I truly hope I never need to find another doctor!
