Dr Tolbert is who I saw. There is information on my report that is not true. She asked me if I was concerned about having ADHD and I said no. On my report she said that I’ve been concerned about having ADHD since child hood. I’ve never had that concern. What I did say is that I was concerned about having bipolar since childhood.
