RecommendedNorma Martinez, funeral director was very helpful and had a lot of patience. Because of the many circumstances regarding the death of my son, I had changed the plans so many times. Still she was there helping to finalize my wishes. Norma is a truly great asset to the company.
They could improve 1st with their management! Staff that is professional with compassion for ALL families. Not give families the run around while dealing with the worst time of their lives! Be honest when speaking with families and return calls and follow up with the families. STOP posting fake reviews from their daughters also with the last name Hall. they seemed very dismissive, I took my business elsewhere. they did not ask how we were and did not know answers to our questions.
