Sandra was very professional. Not gonna lie, I was scared to do a colon cleanse but she was calming and walked me through every step. She massaged my feet and gave me peppermint to smell. Really loved learning about what was happening in my body. I saw so many toxins come out. Do it!! I recommend them!!!

The colonics session itself was gentle and surprisingly relaxing. Afterward, I felt lighter, detoxed, and my bloating was completely gone.
