We have a broken air conditioner for months and she won’t replace it. The water that leaks from it has stained our carpet, rot the door, and made a hole in the wall. The neighbors downstairs have told us the water is going into their apartment. The manager is rude. She just raised the rent during a pandemic to continue to provide “better service”. Better service? No I wouldn’t recommend this apartments I have had water from the up stairs come all the way to my apartment down stairs and get my bed wet and all my outside storage items, the faucets outside have keys so we can’t use them, the bumps are ugly but the pot holes are worse the trash is far all the way to the end, and the manager is not a people person very rude in my opinion. And I’ve been here two months and about two weeks!
