I highly dont recommend this townhouse. Las plazas of Laredo 1800 E Stewart St. has reported me to the credit bureau for breach of contract. After living there for 2 years this is the way the pool is majority of the time. The pool gets rarely cleaned due to the fact that it has no water filtration or pumps. Its more of a pond than a pool. I just moved in, after a bad experience elsewhere, and I gotta say, the palm courts are a relaxing, and quiet place to live, if that's what you're looking for, then this is the place for you!!
