When I moved into the unit, it was not clean or move-in ready. The restroom floor was muddy, the toilet seat had urine on it, the floors throughout the apartment were dirty, and food litter was present. In addition, several items were missing, including fixture covers, AC vent covers, the AC control cover, restroom door knobs, and a fan light cover. I highly dont recommend this townhouse. Las plazas of Laredo 1800 E Stewart St. has reported me to the credit bureau for breach of contract. After living there for 2 years this is the way the pool is majority of the time. The pool gets rarely cleaned due to the fact that it has no water filtration or pumps. Its more of a pond than a pool.
