Somehow this business has tried to keep us from updating our original review regarding the illegal withholding of our dues overpayment from July of 2024 . I see yet another owner is now a victim of the same scam through the management company . I agree this is beautiful community as well as many very nice people reside here, friendly, kind “neighborly.” The management company is not on the same level. There were a few instances while I lived there that don’t bear repeating, water under the bridge as they say, HOWEVER, I sold my condo (closed 10/25). I paid my assoc dues in advance, quarterly. We moved from Las Palmas back to Pennsylvania back in June 2024. The association had withdrawn dues for July in error -a fact we notified them of immediately . It is now almost DECEMBER . We have sent more emails and made more phone calls to Helen than you can possibly imagine -and this issue has STILL not been resolved .
