Love this little condo community in St Augustine. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, downtown, coffee shops, groceries and easy access to US 1 and 95. The amenities are nice too with a lovely pool on the marsh.
There is an old man who wears a blue bathing suit at the pool. He likes to tattletale to the pool attendant if your cup is by the ledge of the pool, but he’s not man enough to say it to your face. But last weekend, their were kids in the pool with food and another kid throwing a water bottle in the pool and two women with cups in the pool and nothing was done.
