There is an old man who wears a blue bathing suit at the pool. He likes to tattletale to the pool attendant if your cup is by the ledge of the pool, but he’s not man enough to say it to your face. But last weekend, their were kids in the pool with food and another kid throwing a water bottle in the pool and two women with cups in the pool and nothing was done. Somehow this business has tried to keep us from updating our original review regarding the illegal withholding of our dues overpayment from July of 2024 . I see yet another owner is now a victim of the same scam through the management company . We have contacted every possible human being associated with Associa , the board , the office staff , to absolutely NO avail . I agree this is beautiful community as well as many very nice people reside here, friendly, kind “neighborly.” The management company is not on the same level. There were a few instances while I lived there that don’t bear repeating, water under the bridge as they say, HOWEVER, I sold my condo (closed 10/25). I paid my assoc dues in advance, quarterly. We moved from Las Palmas back to Pennsylvania back in June 2024. The association had withdrawn dues for July in error -a fact we notified them of immediately . It is now almost DECEMBER . We have sent more emails and made more phone calls to Helen than you can possibly imagine -and this issue has STILL not been resolved .
