You better have a PHD because no one in this office does. The lack of knowledge and follow up care is nonexistent. Find another doctor.
Hay una señora muy prepotente en la recepción sentada del lado isquierdo y la verdad se toma atribuciones que ño le corresponde trata mal a la gente deberían de supervisar a este tipo de gente
Dr. Donna Baldwin is great! However the receptionist and the MA Louisa are so rude and extremely unprofessional! She doesn’t know how to explain any test results and gets frustrated/ mad very easily and speaks very fast in speed rush mode just to cut you off. I’m amazed that she is allowed to work assisting patients. I cannot emphasize how very mean and rude she is she seems extremely unhappy with her life and Carrie’s it to her job sight. Sad to say but she’s horrible! Don’t go here!!
They can be busy. But I have had nothing but a great experience with Donna . Friendly and helpful
Their USCIS Physical Exam service is great! The staffs are nice, especially the coordinator is well-versed in the USCIS paperwork. They are willing to reseal my package with a $50 fee.
