All of them were amazing the chicken was moist, but my absolute favorite was the desabrada with cheese(asadero)!!!! Guys if you like birria you’ll LOVE this Gordita! It's a hidden gem. The owners and staff are exceptionally kind. The food is delicious and they keep things very clean! The space is cozy and quaint on a slow morning or afternoon but even when it is busy, it's still great to sit and enjoy a meal with friends or a date. I love their business! Very thankful to God for them.
