Very very poor customer service took over an hour for our food and then when the food came out only half of the table got food the rest of the food took another 30 min and then our check took longer then the food did shitty service all around.
Had fish tacos 🌮 and our waiter was pretty good and listening to the Mexican music wishing I was there
I went there with family 5 adults & 2 kids (1 year and 8years old)and because we were a party of 6 we were charged 18% gratuity without being notified. when we asked about it the manager brought us a menu on the back page it says party's over 6 will be charged gratuity in the smallest writing possible. He even admitted that it's hard for customers to see it. This place was horrible service and had the nerve to charge a 18% gratuity because they included the party with kids. Most restaurants won't include a 16 no old child. And when you want to say something about it they have the nerve to roll there eyes and have an attitude!! The food was horrible and one of us had hair in our food!!!
My favorite restaurant and the service is exceptional.
Sat for an hour and never got food. We had to walk out. Tables that came in after us got food but not us..one star is being generous.
I would rather give it zero stars. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible margaritas. I will not go back. Fajitas are supposed to sizzle, not smoke at the table. When guests tell you they are ready to order, take their order. Margaritas should not taste like dishwater. Food should be hot when delivered to the table, unless it's a salad. The guacamole was good though.
