I tried calling them to ask questions about ACA plans and no one answered. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. For those who may not be aware, there is something called a Change of Agent of Record. This allows you to switch to a different insurance agent as well as insurance agency - perhaps one who is more committed to helping their clients.
A mí no me alcanzan las estrellas para puntuar la atención de estas increíbles personas. Es un servicio tan excelente y tal humano el que dan que no parece que exista en este mundo. Destaco a la agente de seguros Yamilber Molina, una persona que si tienen la fortuna de ser atendidos por ella, sus vidas van a cambiar para bien, súper humana y atenta y siempre busca la manera de ayudar! De verdad, no me alcanza el espacio para recomendarlos más pero no duden en contactar con ellos. Cero quejas en total.
