Great place great prices
Wild they only respond to positive reviews. They are the prime example of horrible customer service. Stay away if you are a new young homeowner and coming not as a contractor. Horrible experience. My partner and I couldn’t come until 5:30 as we work and live in Aurora, we drove out the 35 minutes to come and were greeted by indifferent and rushed service. Really bad customer service.
My first purchase from this company was good – the flooring for one room was fine, and that’s why I decided to come back for additional rooms. Unfortunately, my second experience turned out to be problematic. After purchasing several boxes, I discovered that some of them had been previously used. Inside were planks that were cut, broken, and scratched – this can be clearly seen in the video I am attaching.
