My first purchase from this company was good – the flooring for one room was fine, and that’s why I decided to come back for additional rooms. Unfortunately, my second experience turned out to be problematic. After purchasing several boxes, I discovered that some of them had been previously used. Stay away if you are a new young homeowner and coming not as a contractor. Horrible experience. My partner and I couldn’t come until 5:30 as we work and live in Aurora, we drove out the 35 minutes to come and were greeted by indifferent and rushed service. The guy helping us had an AirPod and reminded us they were closing soon. I went in for the first time to LAS Hardwoods, yesterday and they were very helpful. The guys at the front desk explained things to me and gave me different suggestions. I came back today and order it all. They loaded it in my car and I was on my way! Their prices are LOWER than the big box stores around too!
