Think twice before using LAS – Please, think twice before puchasing windows from LAS. The sales rep spent at least three house in our home in Slidell. He brought in the demo windows of LAS and those of WIndow World comparing the two. The reinforced metal in the LAS windows was what we liked in their windows over the sample of the Window World windows. Very UNPROFESSIONAL Public Relations – Called L A S to come give me a quote for 15 windows in my house in Picayune MS. Salesman came ,presented product,(very knowledgeable) then proceeded to do the ole car salesman pitch of extremely high numbers to reflect the low numbers.... The sales people never return calls – My company has call to purchase windows at least 20X's and the saleman never would return a phone . And when I ask to speak to the president the person on the phone stated he was to busy to take any calls today. Forget you LAS.

Very happy with my new windows – I bought windows for my home in Metairie from LAS back in the fall of 2008. Needless to say, I have been pleasantly surprised at how great they are. Part of my windows were replaced by Window World after Katrina and there is a substantially noticeable difference between the 2 products. I paid a little more to go with the better window, but it's worth it! LAS ENTERPRISES – I purchased hurricane shutters for my home in mid April 2008. Two of those shutters has motors. The one on my front door got stuck in the down position and I tried calling LAS on September 5th 2008.and they told me that they would call me on Monday September 8th because their computers were down due to a hurricane. They didnt call on Monday like they said they would. Great windows and shutters! – My experience with LAS was a pleasant one, to say the least. I had new vinyl windows and colonial hurricane shutters installed earlier this month. From the initial consultation to the completed project, the staff at LAS was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to see the job through. I did get several estimates from other companies.
