I have a LAS window that is leaking into my building. No one is presently living in this dwelling and I was lucky to have found this leak before any moved in. The LAS windows were installed a few weeks before we found the leak. There is no identification on any of the LAS windows that prove these are LAS windows and no information that there is argon gas in these. I agree with ************** and **************** We had done business with LAS in 2010 at our home in LaPlace without issue. The product was installed on time and without issue. Not this time. Promised windows and shutters in six months, then seven, then eight. Finally, nine months later, the windows arrived, and most were improperly sized, apparently due to a poor initial measurement. Worst experience ever. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy
Management, and staff does not meet the need of customer when a challenge arise. They do not follow up to make sure that the need of a customer is solved. They continue to give you the run around. Shame on LAS Enterprises for poor rating when it come to customer service.
We have LAS Shutters on our house in St Mary Parish. Generally they are a good product. However there is one significant problem. The "HomeGard Bahama Shutters" use two pins to fasten them when they are needed for storms. These pins are made of aluminum but the fastening screws are stainless steel. Since this puts dissimilar metals together corrosion happens and the screws are almost impossible to turn. I called LAS today and they are sending me new screws, however this is a temporary fix to the problem. LAS needs to change ... read more

We appreciate the feedback; and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this issue may have caused. In regards to seizing lockpins - we recommend that you remove and reinstall bolt; and actuate pin annually to prevent galvanic corrosion. Exposure to salt water, will increase conditions for galvanic corrosion, and we recommend inspection bi-annually. However, the seizing of the pins was covered under your warranty. Today my work started! I have a world size headache! I'm very unhappy right now! Using my neighbors yard, the same neighbor I just recently got on speaking terms with to cut my materials! They say they communicated with him since they all are mexicans but nobody asked me anything! He's building tiny houses over there whise to say he won't use the stuff! I like professionals.They come out ,give the estimate,do the work in reasonable time and this is a good company. If anyone wants Rollguard Shutters this is the company. The material is better than other companies.I compared,before I bought.The material is heavy and good. Shutters are great.
