I am really impressed with the staff and Dr. Petersen. They were great and the office was very clean. We move a lot and, I am always nervous about having to find a new dentist. I am really happy with my experience and I plan on taking my kids to them as well!
I recently had the privilege of being treated at LCDS on a walk in basis. As a new patient (transferred) I walked in to schedule an examination and cleaning. LCDS was able to provide an appointment that afternoon. The staff, front reception to Dr. Petersen made me feel welcome and their number one concern. I like that. Went to Dental Solutions for the first time for a cleaning. Oscar at the front desk offers a warm welcome. The office is very clean. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth. I was confused, however, as to why the dental assistant saw me first and took xrays, polished my teeth, then flossed them before the hygienist cleaned them. Totally backwards from what I have had previously done. I prefer the polishing and flossing after my teeth are cleaned. Otherwise I had a great check up!?
On my initial contact w/ LC Dental Solutions, I was impress that they took me the same day right after I hung up the phone. I went in w/ a plan of what I wanted to do and told the Doctor. He sat down with me and listened to what I wanted and we came up with a game plan of achieving the smile I want. They staff was very professional and friendly as well as informative. I recommend Las Cruces Dental Solutions to EVERYONE!
The staff was very polite and answered all my question before i even setup the appointment. The dentist has always been my least favorite person to see, but that has changed. The financing options where very helpful aswell as reasonable

Office is clean and professional. I am extremely picky as an ex dental assistant. Crystal did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. This will be our new dental office! All state of the art equipment as well. Keep smiling. :)
