I lived here for exactly a year. It seemed like a decent space, but unfortunately likes fixing things the cheap way so i was always having problems with the AC, with leaks coming in from the top floor, with plumbing, door knobs, I also found some weird "splash of blood" on the corner of one of the ceiling and the owner kept saying it was rust.
