this is the worst investment of my life!! these people are a total scam even on a brand new home like mine! This place is a joke. The honest reviews (bad ones) are correct. Park can't even maintain STAFF, who are provided a mobile home to live-in, in addition to their pay. That speaks for itself. Kids run a muck, shoot out windows with BBs, climb the "fence" that encloses the pool. Promises are made verbally and NEVER kept unless in writing. If you have proof in writing its STILL not honored. "I'm not sure of when you lived in this park, but it is not like you described. Please call the office to discuss. 520-223-9980. I have been manager since August 2018." to whom who wrote this on my Google review. it was very much like what I stated in my review. My family moved there Nov. 29, 2016 and we lived there until July 6, 2018. I have seen kids climb that poor excuse of a fence that's around the pool to go swimming. we moved in from washington and absolutely love our home and the park. the management is the best I've ever experienced. everyone is very friendly and the homes are very affordable. we love it.

I have lived here for about 2 mths. the new managers Tim and Tiffany are awesome. The park has really turned around. I'm excited to see what's to come.
